1. This single flavor soft ice cream machine is made up of a counter top, a pump feed, a touch button control panel, several stainless steel panels, 1.7 liter (1.8 quarts) freezing cylinder, and 12.5 liter (13.2 quarts) hopper.
2. The output of this single flavor soft ice cream machine is 20 L/H and 150 Cones/Hour (100g cone).
3. It is suitable for all popular soft serve variations, ranging from low or non-fat ice cream to custards, yogurt and sorbet.
4. Separate hopper refrigeration (S.H.R.) maintains the mix temperature below 5ºC (41ºF) when in the Mix Refrigeration mode.
5. This single flavor soft ice cream machine adopts a 2 HP beater motor.
6. The main refrigeration uses one compressor, 3150 BTU/hr. R404a.
7. The separate hopper refrigeration (S.H.R.) uses a 420 BTU/hr. R134a compressor. (BTU may vary depending on the compressor used.)
