4. Its separate hopper refrigeration (S.H.R.) maintains a mix temperature below 5ºC (41ºF) when in Mix Refrigeration mode.

6. It displays the hardness of the refrigerated product to ensure the desired product quality.

13. This single flavor soft ice cream machine requires a minimum air cooled clearance of 152mm (6") on both sides. Unit rear must be placed against a wall to prevent the recirculation of hot air. Minimum air clearances must be met to ensure adequate air flow for optimum performance.
