1. This floor model single flavor soft ice cream maker is made up of a pump feed, a touch button control panel, several stainless steel panels, an 1.7 liter (1.8 quarts) freezing cylinder, and a 16.5 liter (17.4quarts) hopper.
2. The output is 30 L/H and 220 Cones/Hour (100g cones).
3. The single flavor soft ice cream machine is suitable for all popular soft serve variations ranging from low or non-fat ice cream to custards, yogurt and sorbet.
4. Separate hopper refrigeration (S.H.R.) maintains the mix temperature below 5ºC (41ºF) when in Mix Refrigeration mode.
5. When mix level is low, the Low Mix light turns "ON" to alert the operator to add mix.
6. This single flavor soft ice cream maker displays the hardness of the refrigerated product to ensure the right product quality.
7. When idle, the standby feature of this single flavor soft ice cream machine maintains a safe product temperature in the mix hoppers and freezing cylinders.
8. The microprocessor automatically regulates refrigeration by monitoring the product temperature and viscosity to maintain consistent quality.
9. One electrical connection cord is required. However, the unit may also be permanently connected.
10. This single flavor soft ice cream machine has one beater motor of 2 HP.
11. One compressor of 3650 BTU/hr, R404a is used for the main refrigerator.
12. One compressor: 420 BTU/hr, R134a is used for the refrigeration of the separate hoppers. (BTU may vary depending on the compressor used.)
13. The required minimum clearance for air cooling is 152mm (6") on both sides. Unit rear must be placed against a wall to prevent recirculation of hot air. Minimum air clearances must be met to ensure adequate air flow for optimum performance of this single flavor soft ice cream machine.
