1. This model of single flavor soft ice cream machine is composed of a gravity feed, a touch button control panel, several stainless steel panels, a 3.2 liter (3.4 quarts) freezing cylinder, and a 16.5 liter hopper.
2. The output is 40 L/H, 300 Cones/Hour (cones of 100g).
3. This single flavor soft ice cream machine is suitable for all popular soft serve variations ranging from low or non-fat ice cream to custards, yogurt and sorbet.
4. Separate hopper refrigeration (S.H.R.) maintains the mix temperature below 5ºC (41ºF) when on Mix Refrigeration mode.
5. When mix level is low, the Low Mix light of this single flavor soft ice cream machine turns "ON" to alert the operator to add the mix.
6. This single flavor soft ice cream machine displays the level of hardness of the refrigerated product to ensure good product quality.
7. When idle, the standby feature maintains a safe temperature of the product in the mix hoppers and freezing cylinders.
8. The microprocessor automatically regulates refrigeration by monitoring the product temperature and viscosity to maintain consistent quality.
9. One dedicated electrical connection is required. Unit shall be permanently connected.
10. This single flavor soft ice cream machine has a beater motor of 2 HP.
11. The main refrigerator uses one compressor of 6500 BTU/hr, R404a.
12. The separate hopper refrigerators use one compressor: 420 BTU/hr, R134a.
13. The minimum air cooling clearance is 152mm (6") on both sides. Unit rear must be placed against a wall to prevent recirculation of hot air. Minimum air clearances must be met to ensure adequate air flow for optimum performance of the whole single flavor soft ice cream machine.
