1. This single flavor soft ice cream machine is a floor model. It is made up of a pump feed, a touch button control panel, several stainless steel panels, a 3.2 liter (3.4 quarts) freezing cylinder, and a 16.5 liter (17.4quarts) hopper.
2. The output is 40 L/H and 300 Cones/Hour (100g cones).
3. This single flavor soft ice cream maker has the capacity to produce all popular soft serve variations ranging from low or non-fat ice cream to custards, yogurt and sorbet.
4. Its separate hopper refrigeration (S.H.R.) maintains the mix temperature below 5ºC (41ºF) when in Mix Refrigeration mode.
5. When mix level is low, the Low Mix light turns "ON" to alert the operator to add mix.
6. The single flavor soft ice cream machine displays the degree of hardness of the refrigerated product to ensure product quality.
7. When idle for a long time, the standby feature enables the machine to maintain a safe product temperature in the mix hoppers and freezing cylinders.
8. This single flavor soft ice cream machine has a microprocessor which automatically regulates the temperature by monitoring product temperature and viscosity to maintain consistent quality.
9. One electrical connection is required. Unit shall be permanently connected.
10. The beater motor employed in this single flavor soft ice cream machine has 2 HP.
11. The main refrigeration of this single flavor soft ice cream machine uses one compressor of 6500 BTU/hr. R404a. The separate hopper refrigeration is carried out by one compressor of 420 BTU/hr. R134a. (BTU may vary depending on compressor used.)
12. The minimum air cooled clearance is 152mm (6") on both sides. Unit rear must be placed against a wall to prevent recirculation of hot air. Minimum air clearances must be met to assure adequate air flow for optimum performance of this single flavor soft ice cream machine.
