1. This floor model single flavor soft ice cream machine carries out heat treatment (Pasteurization) and provides heating and cooling cycles to preserve dairy product for two weeks before complete cleaning.
2. It is mainly composed of a pump feed, a touch button control panel, several stainless steel panels, a 3.2 liter (3.4 quarts) freezing cylinder, and a 16.5 liter (17.4quarts) mix hopper.
3. The output of this single flavor soft ice cream machine is 40 L/H output, 300 Cones/Hour (100g cones).
4. It produces all popular soft serve variations, from low or non-fat ice cream to custards, yogurt and sorbet.
5. The hopper employed in this single flavor soft ice cream machine is cooled to maintain a mix temperature below 4ºC (39ºF); there is a separate mix agitator in the hopper.
6. When mix level is low, the Low Mix light turns "ON" to alert the operator to add mix.
7. This ice cream machine displays the hardness of the refrigerated product to ensure product quality.
8. When idle for a long time, the standby feature maintains a suitable product temperature in the mix hoppers and freezing cylinders.
9. The microprocessor automatically regulates refrigeration by monitoring product temperature and viscosity for consistent quality.
10. One dedicated electrical connection is required. Unit shall be permanently connected.
11. It has a 1 HP beater motor.
12. This ice cream maker has one semi-hermetic compressor 8860 BTU/hr. R404a (BTU may vary depending on compressor used.)
13. This single flavor soft ice cream machine has a reverse refrigeration cycle to heat mix in hopper and cylinder.
14. The minimum required air cooled clearance is 152mm (6") on both sides. Unit rear must be placed against a wall to prevent recirculation of hot air. Minimum air clearances must be met to ensure adequate air flow for optimum performance of this single flavor soft ice cream machine.
