1. This single flavor soft ice cream machine (floor model) has a system for carrying out heat treatment (pasteurization).
2. It is made up of a gravity feed, a touch button control panel, several stainless steel panels, a 3.2 liter (3.4 quarts) freezing cylinder, and a 16.5 liter (17.4quarts) hopper.
3. It has an output of 40 L/H and 300 Cones/Hour (100g cones).
4. This single flavor soft ice cream machine facilitates heating and cooling cycles to preserve dairy products for two weeks before carrying out complete cleaning of the machine.
5. This single flavor soft ice cream machine offers all popular soft serve variations ranging from low or non-fat ice cream to custards, yogurt and sorbet.
6. The hopper refrigeration maintains a mix temperature below 4ºC (39ºF); there are separate mix agitators in the hopper.
7. When mix level is low, the Low Mix light turns "ON" to alert the operator to add mix.
8. The single flavor soft ice cream machine displays the hardness of the refrigerated product to ensure product quality.
9. When idle for a long time, the standby feature maintains a desired product temperature in the mix hoppers and freezing cylinders.
10. The microprocessor automatically regulates refrigeration by monitoring the product temperature and viscosity to maintain consistent quality.
11. One electrical connection is required for this soft ice cream machine. The unit shall be permanently connected.
12. The beater motor is of 1 HP.
13. The refrigeration system adopts one semi-hermetic compressor 8860 BTU/hr. R404a. (BTU may vary depending on the compressor used.)
14. There is a reverse refrigeration cycle to heat mix in hopper and cylinder.
15. The minimum required clearance of this single flavor soft ice cream machine is 152mm (6") on both sides. Unit rear must be placed against a wall to prevent recirculation of hot air. Minimum air clearances must be met to assure adequate air flow for optimum performance.
