1. This floor model, heat treated twin twist soft ice cream machine comes with a gravity feed, independent refrigeration systems, touch button control panels, stainless steel panels, two 3.2 liters (3.4 quarts) cylinders and two 16.5 liters (17.4 quarts) mix hoppers.
2. The output of this ice cream maker is 70 L/H, 540 Cones/Hour (100g/cone).
3. This twin twist soft ice cream machine offers all popular soft serve variations from low or non-fat ice cream to custards, yogurt and sorbet.
4. Separate hopper refrigeration (S.H.R.) maintains mix temperature below 5ºC (41ºF) under Mix Refrigeration mode.
5. When mix level is low, the Mix Low light on this twin twist soft ice cream machine turns "ON" to alert operator to add mix.
6. It displays hardness status of the refrigerated product to ensure product quality.
7. During long no-use periods, the standby feature maintains safe product temperature in the mix hoppers and freezing cylinders.
8. The microprocessor controls automatically regulate refrigeration by monitoring product temperature and viscosity to maintain consistent quality.
9. One dedicated electrical connection is required for this twin twist soft ice cream machine. Unit shall be permanently connected.
10. This twin twist soft ice cream machine has 2×1.5 HP beater motors.
11. The refrigeration system employs 2 semi-hermetic compressors of 8860 BTU/hr. R404a. (BTU may vary depending on compressor used.)
12. The minimum required air cooled clearance is 152mm (6") on both sides. Unit rear must be placed against a wall to prevent recirculation of hot air. Minimum air clearances must be met to assure adequate air flow for optimum performance.
13. Reverse refrigeration cycle to heat mix in hopper and cylinder
14. The twin twist soft ice cream machine provides heating and cooling cycles to maintain dairy product safely for two weeks before complete cleaning.
